SUNDARRAJ PONNUSAMY
Founder and Managing Director
Mr.Sundarraj Ponnusamy is the founder of Subham groups, managing director of Subham freight carriers India private limited and managing director of Subham hostels. He is a college drop out from the University of Madras. He started his career as a clerk in an organization and grew to become a Branch Incharge and resigned his job to pursue his dream. Basically, he started Subham only for the survival of his family and slowly developed the business to attain a level beyond sustainability with his hard work and dedication. With the experience of more than two decades, he is the key person in setting directions for the group’s business strategies. He is principally responsible for managing the group’s business and corporate affairs.
K.RAVICHANDRAN
President (Operation)
Mr.K.Ravichandran joined Subham in 2009 as Mumbai regional head, Elevated to general manager in 2011, Vice-President in 2014 and President in the same year. He is principally responsible for the operations of the group which includes exploring the market and developing operational strategies. He has more than 30 years of hard-core experience in the freight and logistics industry and has been instrumental in taking Subham to major customers of this group.
Mr.K.NARAYANASAMY
Warehouse Functional Head
Mr.K.Narayanasamy joined Subham in 2016 as a warehouse functional head. He is now maintaining warehouse space of 2,50,000 Sq.ft. under his leadership. He commenced his career in an elevator manufacturing company and has been a logistics manager there with a professional experience in logistics from his previous career, he joined Subham to take up the role of a warehouse lead. He is responsible for setting up various strategies in warehousing.
SUBHASHREE SUNDARRAJ
Joint Managing Director
Mrs. Subhashree Sundarraj is the joint managing director of Subham Freight Carriers India Private Limited, Designated Partner in Subham Hostels, Designated Partner in Subham Expressways LLP, Designated Partner in Subham Express Cargo LLP and Proprietor of Subham Tours & Travels.
She has obtained a bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and has completed ICWA intermediate, she started her career as a Senior Manager – Accounts in Subham Freight Carriers in 2009 and has become a Director of Subham Freight Carriers India Private Limited in 2011 and Joint Managing Director in 2014, she is principally responsible for finance and administration of entire Subham groups.
C.SEKHAR
Senior Vice-President (Marketing)
Mr. C.Sekhar joined Subham in 2014 as vice president marketing, elevated to senior Vice-President in 2018. He is principally responsible for the overall marketing of the group and setting up targets for the entire group and fixing marketing strategies. He has more than 30 years of experience in the freight and logistics industry and has been instrumental in obtaining valuable customers in the automobile industry.
Mr.T.SHIVANNA
GM-Fleet
Mr.T.Shivanna joined Subham in 2013 as Bangalore regional head and elevated to DGM in 2014 and to GM in 2018. He is principally responsible for maintaining the operations of the entire company owned fleet. He has more than 25 years of experience in freight and logistics industry and he along with the MD has made many turnaround strategies for the home grown fleet and fixing drivers for them too.
